We are located on Hwy 34 west of Ottumwa, 4 miles west of the Hwy 34 and Hwy 63 intersection. If you are familiar with Ottumwa, we are 2 miles west of the Wal-Mart stoplight. Our clinic is on the north side of the highway, directly behind Dixon’s Floors and More.
